Night Market Vancouver is a family-friendly, monthly marketplace that celebrates local businesses, highlights the regional talent, and brings the people of our community together. Night Market Vancouver first began in October 2017, launched by sole founder Jessica Chan who started her own journey as a local maker. Since its inception, the market has grown to be a monthly gathering that features onwards up to 100+ local vendors -- more than tripling the numbers of the initial pop-up shop that it began as. As of summer 2022, Night Market Vancouver hosts its outdoor summer event series at Clark College, and is actively seeking out a long term home (previously having been held at waterfront Terminal 1 and the Vancouver Innovation Center).
Night Market Vancouver’s vision is to be Vancouver’s #1 place in highlighting the city’s culture, while helping to support and showcase local makers, artists and independent businesses. At each event, you will find a fun and adventurous retail atmosphere, with a large array of vendor goods; from things like handmade crafts, jewelry, art, clothing, and housewares to fantastic foods such as vegan baked goods, tacos, gourmet sauces, and even refreshing cocktails! With live music, a DJ, dance lessons and various rotating entertainment to set the tone, whatever your taste is, Night Market Vancouver will have something for everyone! All events are open to the public and all ages.
