Apply to be a vendor
Interested in being a vendor? Please provide your contact information, a description of your business and products, along with any web links associated (social media highly encouraged). Night Market Vancouver's goal is to support small businesses local to the NW region, so please note that direct-sales companies will not be accepted.
Final decisions will be made prior to each event by a board. We will reach out to you via email if you are accepted. Currently, the vendor fee starts at $50 for a 6x6 foot booth on up to $90 for a 10x10ft booth space. Further details and additional options will be disclosed upon being accepted.
The next Night Market Vancouver will take place on September 7th (First Friday of each month). Applications received now through August 17th will be applied towards this date. Applications received after this date will be considered for the following month. Vendors will be notified by Monday, August 20th ONLY if you are accepted.
Food Vendors: Must have valid liability insurance, permits and licenses are required. Temporary event permits must be submitted 15 days in advance in order to avoid penalty from Public Health. For early acceptance consideration email us directly at email@example.com
Please Note: Previous vendors will be offered an Early Acceptance period via email shortly after the conclusion of each month’s Night Market. There are limited spots for Early Acceptance so that we always have room for new vendors . If you miss the early acceptance period, you will have to submit a new application that month. We rotate vendors often so if you don’t make it it one month, you may for the next one!
