Interested in being a vendor? Please provide your contact information, a description of your business and products, along with any web links associated (social media highly encouraged). Night Market Vancouver's goal is to support small businesses local to the NW region, so please note that direct-sales companies will not be accepted.
Applications will be reviewed bi-weekly by a board until spots are full. We will reach out to you via email ONLY if you are accepted. Currently, the vendor fee starts at $50 for a 6x6 foot booth on up to $90 for a 10x10ft booth space. Further details and additional options will be disclosed upon being accepted.

11/2: First Friday Night Market at Tandem Hall/Union Chapel: 808 Main St (5-9pm)
11/9: Holiday Market at Terminal 1/Warehouse 23: 100 Columbia St. (5-10pm)
12/7: First Friday Holiday Market at Tandem Hall/Union Chapel: 808 Main St (5-9pm)
Food Vendors: Must have valid liability insurance, permits and required licenses. Temporary event permits must be submitted 15 days in advance in order to avoid penalty from Public Health. For early acceptance consideration email us directly with your information at firstname.lastname@example.org
Keep in mind, we always make room for new applicants and rotate vendors monthly, so if you don’t make it this time, you may for the next one!
