You’ve been invited to be a vendor with Night Market Vancouver on July 12th & 13th (Friday and Saturday). Both days of attendance are required if you wish to partake as a vendor on this weekend.
2 Day Event Details: Indoor vendors, the doors will lock after event closing on Friday so vendors are free to leave their setup overnight. For outdoor vendors, Port Security will be patrolling throughout the evening and there are cameras on site if you would like to leave your canopies set up overnight as well. Night Market Vancouver is not liable for any loss or damages so if you are worried about any valuables, be sure to take them with you! The market will be held at Terminal 1/ Warehouse 23 (100 Columbia St) from 5-10pm on both days.
To purchase a vendor spot, please review the Booth Rental Agreement, select a booth option below then proceed with payment. Make sure to fill out the form when prompted. Payment and submission of the proceeding form will acknowledge your agreement to the terms and secure your booth spot.
NOTE: Spots available for purchase are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE, so get your payments in ASAP if you’d like to secure a vendor space. Inventory and weblink will remain until sold out.
*Valid liability insurance is required for all food and drink vendors. State permits may also be required by Public Health depending on your product type. For more information on specific permits, visit Clark County Public Health or reach out to Alyssa Pilot (Alyssa.Pilot@clark.wa.gov) with any food permitting questions.
