NMV Vendor Agreement  

You’ve been invited to be a vendor with Night Market Vancouver September - November. Each market will be held at Terminal 1/ Warehouse 23 (100 Columbia St) from 5-10pm during the following event dates:

  • Friday, October 4th

  • Friday & Saturday, November 22 & 23 (both days of participation required)

To purchase a vendor spot, please review the Booth Rental Agreement, select a booth option below for the date(s) in which you would like to participate, then proceed with payment by using the checkout button at the bottom of the page. Make sure to fill out the form when prompted. Payment and submission of the proceeding form will acknowledge your agreement to the terms and secure your booth spot.

NOTE: Spots available through this weblink are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE, so get your payments in ASAP if you’d like to secure a vendor space. Inventory will remain until sold out.

*Valid liability insurance is required for all food and drink vendors. Clark County permits may also be required by Public Health depending on your product offering. For more information on specific permits, visit Clark County Public Health or reach out to Alyssa Pilot (Alyssa.Pilot@clark.wa.gov) with any food permitting questions.

NOVEMBER 22 & 23

Both days of participation are required to be a vendor for this Holiday Market. Pricing below reflects total cost for both days.

2 DAY MARKET INFO - Night Market Vancouver is not liable for any damage or stolen merchandise. Since this is a two day event, you are welcome to leave your main setup up overnight however we recommend taking valuables! The building will be locked up at the end of the night on Friday for indoor spots. For outdoor spots, we will have Port security patrolling throughout the evening and do have cameras on site.
