Welcome to our NIGHT market 

You’ve been accepted to be a vendor with Night Market Vancouver for July 12th & 13th (Fri & Sat). The market will be held at Terminal 1/ Warehouse 23 (100 Columbia St) from 5-10pm on both days.

Both days of attendance are required to participate in this event.

To secure your spot, please review the Booth Rental Agreement and proceed with payment below. Make sure to fill out the form when prompted. Payment and submission of the proceeding form will acknowledge your agreement to the terms and secure your booth spot.

Payment must be made by JUNE 24th, otherwise we will turn to the next vendor applicant.

2 DAY MARKET INFO - Night Market Vancouver is not liable for any damage or stolen merchandise. Since this is a two day event, you are welcome to leave your main setup up overnight however we recommend taking valuables! The building will be locked up at the end of the night for indoor spots. For outdoor spots, we will have Port security patrolling throughout the night and do have cameras on site.

*Valid liability insurance is required for all food and drink vendors. State permits may also be required for perishable items by Public Health in order to serve. For more information on specific permits, visit Clark County Public Health or contact us at nightmarketvancouver@gmail.com

NEW VENDOR INFO: As you are now an accepted vendor, your email has been automatically added to our ‘2019 Vendor List’ and will receive vendor updates for future events. Each quarter, an email will go out to all accepted vendors, noting a designated date and time of when the next set of event payment links will go live. At that time, a new email will contain payment links with an option to pay for up to 3 events at once (or you can pick and choose from the dates released). As soon as the payment links are sent, booth spots are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. The payment links will then remain live until all spots are sold out.

That being said, check your emails! Once the launch date is released, set your alarms and calendar notifications if you want to guarantee your spot.

Lastly, DO NOT share the payment links as these are sent exclusively to accepted vendors ONLY. Booth sharing is not permitted unless prior arrangements are made and both vendors have been accepted.
