Interested in being a vendor? Please provide your contact information, a description of your business and products, along with any web links associated (social media highly encouraged). Night Market Vancouver's goal is to support small businesses local to the NW region, so please note that direct-sales companies will NOT be accepted. If you are a ‘service’ focused business and are interested in a promotional sponsor booth, please contact us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Applications will be reviewed by a board and we will contact you via email ONLY if you are accepted. The cost to be a vendor starts at $60 for a 6x6ft booth, on up to $100 for a 10x10ft booth space. Further details will be disclosed upon acceptance.
Every month, 10 new vendor applicants are accepted. Once you are an accepted vendor , you will be added to our ‘2019 Vendor List’. Accepted vendors then have an option to pay for up to 3 events each quarter —spots are first come first serve. All details and payment links will be emailed exclusively upon acceptance.

Note: 2 day events require both days of participation
Food Vendors: Must have valid liability insurance and required permits/licenses through Public Health of Washington. If required, temporary event permits must be submitted 15 days in advance in order to avoid penalty. For early acceptance consideration or further questions, email us directly at email@example.com!
